How do I know that my credit card is secure when I order from your website?
We use PayPal that is among the best available today for secure Internet transactions. When you place an order online, PayPal encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

Can I change my order?
Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unable to change your order once you have submitted it and before it is shipped. You may email us at klees_designs@hotmail.com and if the order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to work with you.


How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders generally arrive within 2 weeks. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know.

How do I know if you received my order and when it has shipped?
If you have provided us with yoru e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when we receive your order and when your order is shipped.


Do you ship orders overseas?
We regret that we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Returns policy?
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, return the item withn 90 days for an exchange, credit or refund. If the item is damaged, please notify customer service.


I submitted my order and got an error message. Did it go through?
If you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when we receive your order. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, you may either re-submit your order online or contact customer service 24/7 at klees_designs@hotmail.com or 503-336-1406.


How do I know if an item is on backorder?
All items are pre-made or made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive order. If there will be a delay in receiving your order, we will notify you by mail or e-mail.

Do you carry.....?
Our website and catalog are updated frequently. Special/custom orders can be requested through our contact form.


I requested a catalog and haven't received it yet. How long does it take?
You should receive your catalog within 2 weeks after a request has been made. If it has been more than 2 weeks since your request, please complete this form.


How do I return a product?
Contact our customer service. You will receive return authorization to send back with the product and a copy of your receipt, which includes all of your account information. An address will be given with the return authorization.


How do I get special discounts and offers from K-Lees Designs?
It's easy! Send us your e-mail address to subscribe_kleesdesigns@hotmail.com and you'll be added to our e-mailing list to receive special promotions and/or discounts.


Why is sales tax added to the price of the item?
The individual states tell us that we must tax shipping and processing charges. This is not a company policy but a state requirement.
